Important Information

The built-in battery is designed primarily to retain the date, time and settings and is not intended for continuous operation. The dash cam should remain connected to the supplied vehicle charger during normal use.

For best performance, use the original car charger supplied with the dash cam. Other chargers or USB cables may not provide sufficient power for all cameras to operate correctly.

Memory card: A Class 10 FAT32 card up to 128GB is supported. If an SD card error occurs, try reinserting the card or resetting the dash cam.

Please note: A hardwire kit may be required for continuous parking monitoring and is dependent on your vehicle and installation setup.
